Team & Leadership Coaching in Marketing
In a large and international Global Marketing division I coached and facilitated teams and senior management, to design new and better ways of working that would increase transparency of their progress, enable local autonomy and help them with their inter-team dependencies.
The experience was rich and broad, but these were some of my main focus areas:
• Tailoring better ways of working to an 8-team, multinational, multi-supplier setup
• Coaching teams and managers to work with and prioritize end-to-end value over local sub-optimization
• Coaching teams with very specialized roles to work as a team with shared goals
• Mentoring and coaching specific leadership roles like RTE’s, PM’s, SM’s and PO’s, middle managers and senior executives
• Coaching teams to increase Emotional Intelligence, Relationship Intelligence and team maturity
